A luminous amber-gold liquor with excellent clarity, revealing a warm, inviting tone that reflects careful oxidation and anaerobic fermentation.

Gentle aromas of honey, ripe grain, and soft florals unfold gradually, accompanied by subtle herbal and malty nuances typical of refined GABA tea.

how to brew

Hot

· Add tea leaves

Fill about ⅓ to ½ of the teapot, adjusting based on personal taste preference.

· Pour hot water
Use water at 85-95℃
(for the first infusion,100℃ is recommended)
Higher temperatures enhance aroma,while lower temperatures improve taste.

· Steep
Each batch can be steeped 4-6 times, with each infusion maintaining a delightful and rich flavour.

· Steeping Time

First Infusion............................60 seconds
Second Infusion.......................45 seconds
Third Infusion...........................60 seconds
Fourth Infusion.........................90 seconds

Cold Brew

Cold Brew Instruction

[Ratio] 1g tea leaves --- per 100cc water.

Use 10g of tea leaves+1000cc of 25℃room temperature mineral water. Place in a covered glass container and let it steep at room temperature for about 1 hour. After steeping, strain out the tea leaves and refrigerate the tea for 4-8 hours, and then it’s ready to drink.

Best consumed within 3-4 days.
